Originally from Haute Savoie, I began skiing very young and immediately fell in love with the sport. I continued to practice skiing through competition but what I appreciate above all else is the physical and mental effort with ski touring, the speed on descents and the beautiful weather in this white environment.

I have taught for 45 years and adapt a methodical and technical application to my teaching which ensures progress and confidence. I arrived in La Tania at its creation in 1992.

I believe in ESF and its values: professionalism and conviviality.

My best teaching memories are from children's group lessons.

My favourite spots: La Combe des Pylônes in Courchevel.

I have skied in Canada, it was superb but the most beautiful tracks of the world, for me are in France: Sambuy in SEYTHENEX (where I learned everything), Mont Vallon in MERIBEL, the Valleys of Sache in TIGNES, the black run Cime Caron in VAL THORENS, and the black run in MEIJE.

Apart from being an instructor of ski, I am also a pharmacist. Two completely different jobs, one with limited activity, the other a sportsman.

Other than skiing I have a passion for the mountains, hunting and golf skiing I am passionate about mountain life, hunting and golf.
