FIRST SLIDE ON SNOW FOR LITTLE ONES OF 3 YEARS OLD

Our qualified ski instructors are delighted to welcome your little ones in our Piou-Piou Club for their first steps on the snow.

Thanks to our pedagogical project "Les Aventures de Piou-Piou", children will learn and have fun at the same time all in a safe environment. 
Surrounded and guided by esf Courchevel La Tania instructors and supervisors, your children will experience, in a secured area, the thrills of sliding. 
The programme is established with respect to the children's rhythms. The time is divided between discovery of the snow and mountain environment, learning to slide with the help of Piou Piou and his friends, snack break, fun games and activities.

In the kindergarten, the equipment is adapted to children: magic carpets (conveyor belt) and welcoming mascots.
A day at Club Piou-Piou:
  • 9am-11:30am: Discovery/learning to ski and snow games. A small snack (snack provided) is scheduled.
  • 11:30am: End of activities and time for the parents to return or meal with the ESF (supervised by our esf activity leaders).
  • 2:15pm-4:45pm: Discovery/learning to ski and snow games. A small snack (snack provided) is scheduled.
  • 4:45pm: End of activities and time for the parents to return.
A day at Club Piou-Piou:
  • 9am-12pm: Discovery/learning to ski and snow games. A small snack (snack provided) is scheduled.
  • 11:45am-12pm: End of activities and time for the parents to return or meal with the ESF (supervised by our esf activity leaders).
  • 2:15pm-4:45pm: Discovery/learning to ski and snow games. A small snack (snack provided) is scheduled.
  • 4:45pm: End of activities and time for the parents to return.

Lessons provided from 4 students.
esf la Tania reserves the right to modify the service or the duration of the lessons if there are less than 4 registered students for the same level.
Prices do not include: lift passes, equipment rental, insurance in case of accident.

For the Piou-Piou / Ourson Club, at the beginning of the week, children don't need a lift pass. The instructor will let you know when it is necessary.

We anwer all your questions

Do I need to book in advance?
During or outside school holidays, it is highly recommended to book your little one's lessons in advance (especially if you choose the morning option) in order to guarantee their enrollment at Club Piou-Piou.
We also recommend that you take out the Carré Neige Intégrale insurance (check our "Insurance" section)
However, for a trial lesson, we invite you to come to our ticket office as soon as you arrive in the resort to book the trial lesson (according to our availability).
Is there a ski lessons + daycare option?
Yes, the "La Tanière des Croés" daycare centre in La Tania offers a meal + daycare option for your little ones after their ski lessons in our Piou-Piou Club. The daycare staff and our instructors ensure the communication between the Piou-Piou Club and the daycare centre.
Before registering your child at the Piou-Piou Club, you must contact "La Tanière des Croés" daycare centre to book the meal + daycare option. As soon as the daycare registration is confirmed, you will be able to book online the morning ski lessons at the Piou-Piou Club for your child.

Can we attend the lessons?
Try to stay hidden. If your child sees you, they will not focus on the lesson and will make more slow progress with their new friends.
Ask your child for a debrief at the end of the lesson. We have your phone number and we will contact you quickly in case of any problem.
Do I need to provide my child with a snack?
No, it is not necessary: a small snack is provided by esf during the morning and afternoon breaks.
In case of allergies or health problems, you can fill out our Club Piou-Piou health form.

Do I need a lift pass?
Children don't need a lift pass for the Club Piou-Piou lessons. However, the lift pass is delivered for free to children under 5 years old at the lift ticket office upon presentation of a proof of age.
