ADULT GROUP LESSONS
In our friendly group lesson format, you can ski at your own pace, following the expert advice of our esf instructors.
Your level:
- Beginner: You have never skied before.
- Intermediate:
- Classe 1: You have acquired the basic, you can control your speed and change direction using the snowplough on gentle slopes. You are comfortable skiing on green runs without apprehension. You have between 1 and 3 weeks of skiing experience.
- Classe 2: You will learn to make your first skidding turns while controlling your speed. You can finish your turns with parallel skis on a slight slope. You are comfortable skiing on blu runs. You have between 3 and 5 weeks of skiing experience.
- Advanced:
- Classe 3: You can turn with parallel skis and handle different types of slopes, terrain, and snow conditions. Your next challenge is to master all types of curves and wide turns, synchronising your movements with the mechanical reactions of the skis. You are comfortable skiing on red runs. You have between 5 and 7 weeks of skiing experience.
- Classe 4: Your movements and techniques are well-established. You can ski anywhere on various types of terrain, and you aim to do so with greater ease, efficiency, and enjoyment. To maximise your sensations, you will now refine your technical skills and perfect your movements.
Choose the schedule that suits you:
- Morning half-day (beginner, Classe 1 & Classe 2): 2 hours and 30 minutes of lessons per day. For 5 days starting on Monday or 6 days starting on Sunday.
- Afternoon half-day (beginner & Classe 1): 2 hours and 30 minutes of lessons per day. For 2 days starting on Sunday or 3 days starting on Tuesday.
For the week of your stay, we can offer private lessons.

Students are not insured by esf. To avoid any financial problem, we advise you to take out the Carré Neige insurance.
Lessons are provided for a minimum of 4 students.
esf la Tania reserves the right to modify the service or the duration of the lessons if there are less than 4 students registered for the same level.
Prices do not include: lift passes, equipment rental, medal, insurance in case of accident.

The insurance option is available during the booking process, after the choice of the lessons.
